Bandwidth issues resolved
There have been ongoing connectivity issues this week (starting around Monday, 10/6). These issues are originating “upstream” from us – they are part of our colo’s network, not our hardware or network.
(By way of analogy: the pipe that broke is up the street, not in our kitchen.)
The issue should be resolved now; Qwest has made all necessary repairs.

Outage (update: Resolved.)
A faulty motherboard was replaced, and the server came right back up. We apologize for the downtime!

One of the primary web servers suffered an unknown failure. We have dispatched a technician to resolve the issue.
